Problem Solved

I had a complaint with Virgin Mobile, regarding billing and account payments. They attended to it and solved it. I am now very pleased.
I think their staff need to be commended on dealing with angry customers calmly and professionally. There is clearly some seroius operational issues that Virgin Mobile are dealing with, given the number of customer complaints on their facebook page and on HelloPeter.
I sincerely hope they solve the root problems soon, in the meantime, there staff do a good job of trying to placate irate customers and solve their problems.
