| I was called 4 months ago by one of the consulatants and offered me an airtime contract that id be paying R149 and receive airtime monthly, i had an option to top up the airtime should i run out, I told the agent i do not want a cell contract and she assured me that it wasnt a cell contract but rather an airtime one and even made reference to flexi cell. this package was to come with a complimentary cell ( samsung), they started debiting R231, the first month and from then its been R201 every month, I called in to cancell and send back the sim and the complimentary phone and now Im told i have a CELL contract with them, which is not the case and i dnt owe then since i always paid for the airtime in advance, since then ive been sent from pillar to post and i have since posted back the sim and complimentary cell...I was told that an agent would call me but i hvnt heard anything except for the constant threatening sms i receive once every week. I am not going to pay for such.... | |||
