I recently upgraded my contract with virgin, and the sales consultant incorrectly promised me that the package she was offering me will be the same as the 299 top up with sms's I had been on for the past 2 years. I found 3 months later, that this was not the case and I was in fact billed hundreds of rands more that expected. An investigation was launched and i received numerous calls and emails to keep me updated, thanks for this it was unexpected and refreshing to actually receive service. I was notified by Tshegofatso and Patrick at the cedar square office that they have agreed to rectify the mistake and that my deal had been changed back to the original (great) package i had. KEEP Up the great service, and thanks again! |
