I sent my phone in for repairs on 16 January '12. They told me that it will take 2 weeks to fix the phone. On 20 January I received a sms telling me to pay the assessment fee. After frustratingly trying to find out from the customer service why & how I should pay, I paid the amount on the same day. As the phone was not going to be repaired, I expected to receive my phone back soon. It's now 8 February. I have still not received my phone back yet!!! The only answer I get back from customer service is that they have to "follow the procedures". Don't they also have to follow the procedures of returning my phone back in 2 weeks!?!?! They only follow procedures when it entails them not delivering a proper service!! I am so fed up. As stated on the terms and conditions of the sick form, I was never informed that I will be liable for the assessment fee if the damage was my fault. That is something they have to tell upfront. Now I payed a fee, which I wasnt supposed to, and I don't get my phone back?!? If there was ANY possible way to cancel a contract without paying the remainder of the fees, I would have LOVED to do that. The only thing Im paying for now is POOR SERVICE! |
