| Why does Virgin Mobile have a customer care centre in south Africa?...For the last Five months i have so much trouble with my cell phone and i am only in the first five months of a second top up contract with virgin mobile. It all started by them not having stock in their shops in cape town and there are two stores,So i got told to wait a few more days, went back to the store in canal walk only to be told still no phones had arrived.So i waited a few more days,went back and yes no phones,so i called the head office in jo'burg,they said we can send you a phone in 7 days. Done it 7 days came, on the ninth day i had a new samsung galaxy mini. getting on so well with it,new cell numbers,downloads,what aps etc,then my phone turns off,i call the care centre,they will deal with it,few days went by,still can not use the phone,called again,well it works our side.Told them that it doesn't my end.After so many phone calls made to them,they gave me a sim swop,guess what a couple of days later it happened again,i lost everything again.Once again called them,it must be the data,they would short it out,did they NO. yet another sim swop and another.still having the same problem to date. | |||
