This is an update to my previous complaint. Virgin Mobile responded on Hellopeter, claiming that they have contacted me to resolve this, but I have received no correspondence by phone or email. To make matters worse, they have submitted two more debit orders this month to my closed bank account, incurring bank fees for a rejected debit order - and this, after I have paid FOUR additional installments after my contract ended. It seems from the experience of other Virgin customers, that I know personally, and from other complaints on this forum that they do this as a matter of normal business. I would like to submit a complaint to CCASA on behalf of those affected by this unscrupulous behaviour, and invite others who are affected, and are sick and tired of this kind of extortion to contact me.
