| Cancelled contract and paid lump sum to cancel. Virgin were drawing money off my account for one year (given, also my own fault for not putting stop order in place). They reimbursed me. Today 09.02.2012 I received a call from Thebogo at Virgin advising me that I will be blacklisted if I do not repay the money that THEY over paid me! Virgin billing department worked out the amount owed to me and they want to blacklist me!!! I have phoned them to have this rectified - I wait in anticipation. They are incompetent. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: This should never have happened in the first place. Their error not mine. The fact that they threatened to blacklist me due to their incompetance - by replying promptly is NOT going to right it. It is only thanks to this forum that the problem was sorted | |||
