I CALLED IN AS THERE WAS TOO MUCH CHARGED ON MY STATEMENT.] NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHY, TALKED TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THERE BILLING DEPARTMENT NONTHA, TEBOGOM, BUKO, NTOMBINIB, NOT ONE KNEW WHAT WAS I CHARGE AN EXTRA R215.99 ON MY BILL, AS ONLY R200.00 IS WHAT HAD TO COME OFF?? TO TOP IT OFF MY BILL WAS R415.98 ( ON THE STATEMENT THEY GAVE ME) BUT R465.99 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?? AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY??? I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR SOMETHING ANYTHING... BUT NOT AS YET??? SO WHAT IS THE R265.00 FOR? |
