Thinking of going legal with this matter..... still no response from you Virgin???listed was my first complaint its now 6 month? when will this be resolved......maybe in court?: Gave in phone the 04 August 2011. Phone was broken under warranty.Phone screen was just black.Booked phone in and still no response.Went there today 13 December 2011.Consultant will yet again look into the matter.She phoned repair centre and could not get hold of the broken phone and is missing.Then said phone is unrepairable this very confusing and is dragging NOW for 4 months???/And again we just got said will let us know |
