| On Monday 30 January 2012 I went online at virgin mobile to order a new cellphone my current phone broke and I desperately needed a new phone, I decided on the Samsung Galaxy Sii which at that stage still stated that they had it in stock, by Wednesday they confirmed that my contract was approved and that the phone will be delivered in 7 working days, then the NIGHTMARE began trying to get someone that knows whats going on at the call centre is impossible, because now all of a sudden the phone was out of stock, no one can tell me when they will have stock again, and then also I have to wait for the phone to get here before i can cancel the order, but when will the phone get here ?????? I have never in my life experienced such dreadfull service from a cellphone company, ive been with vodacom my whole life and let me tell you will not advice anyone to go over to virgin your service truly is pathethic !!! | |||
