HEADLINE

SERIOUSLY!!!

first tried to port a virgin to virgin number...waited a week to hear it OBVIOUSLY cannot be done
tried 2 debit total value of phone at once - DECLINED
debit 3 x agreed amount at once - Still no refund
tried to debit twice in 1 month - 1 DECLINED
then got it right to debit twice in one month - NO PETROL MONEY NOW

only once has correct amount been debited.
2 months later n still no call back from virgin to PAY BACK MY MONEY OWED but still keep debiting

all i have are a bunch of call references and nothing to show for it
