I have a contract with virgin mobile... I started experiencing cellphone problems the second week of Jaunary. I called Virgin Mobile Customer Service @ 123 to lodge a complain. I was told to phone nokia so that they can give me the pass word to restore factory settings. I called nokia with my own money but still the phone was not working. I phoned virgin mobile and i was told to return the phone to Virgin Mobile in Polokowane about 550km return. In Polokwane i was told that they have lodged a call they will call me within 48 hours. I waited for their call for almost two weeks. I returned to the shop on the 31st of Jan and the same thing happened. I had to go back with my cellphone without being repaired. 48 hours passed with no call from Virgin . I called customerservice 0n 2 Feb and i was told that they will send a courier service on monday to fetch the phone. They never pitched yesterday. Today i called customer care again and i was told that it take up to 14 working days gor them to send the courier to collect the phone. After compalining i was told that i will get feedback within 3 hours. Please assist because im paying for something which is not workin
