| i was having a contract celphone with virgin mobile.i defaulted making payment and my name was listed as a result.The account has been settled in full three weeks back but they are refusing to send me a letter confirming that my account has been settled in full because whenever they promised to e-mail me a report they just cant keep their promise and it takes not less than R40,00 on a public phone to speak to their consultants.I need that confirmation urgently. | |||
