Pathetic customer service / upgrade assistance

I would like to upgrade/renew my contract and obtain a nokia x3-02 WITHOUT paying a pointless administration fee of R212. Unfortunately this cannot be done in a branch or via the internet. The only way is via the call centre. Unfortunately for me, the phone advertised as available in February (which i have been TRYING to get since the 3rd) is sold out and according to one assistance will only be restocked in July. Although the Cavendish branch has two available and Canal Walk is receiving stock on Friday, the head office cannot get one of these phones to me without me incurring the administration fee. SURELY they can recall one phone or repay one franchise the R212 in order to retain a customer for another two years? I have complained three times, called three times and emailed once.
