Passing the Bucket

On 16 January 2012 I reported that my new cellphone were stolen and that it must be blacklisted. Virgin mobile told me that my phone were not a month old yet and that it will be insured. I must phone Phonesured they deal with the insurance of the phone. 4 Weeks later Phonesured phones me and inform me that the phone are not insured. But Fatima form Phonesured confirms that Virgin Mobile told her that they will replace the handset. Back to the beginning I phone Virgin mobile today 06/2/12 only to be told that I must phone phonesured. WOW VIRGIN MOBILE DO YOU CALL THAT SERVICE???
