Over charged for data and sms's

We are no longer being charged for sms's, thanks for that.
However, on the the 0743001621 number, the data rates still appear to be excessive. Please could you review this.

Also, when will the accounts be corrected and a credit passed for the previously overcharge for excessive data and sms's on both numbers 074 300 1621 and 072 499 0460.
