THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE AUGUST LAST YEAR - NO ONE AT VIRGIN OR AT SAMSUNG JOHANNESBURG HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND CANNOT HELP ME... ITS A PITY JOBS ARE GIVEN TO PEOPLE JUST TO FILL CHAIRS, THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHATSOE VER AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE PRODUCT
