I am really upset with Virgin Mobile's service, I bought my own Blackberry more than a year ago as they did not have Blackberries. Last year October they finally got Blackberries on contract, I phoned for them to set up my services and was told that I had to wait for phase 2 as I did not get my Blackberry from them! It has been another four months and they still can't activate anything! I look like a fool walking around with a Blackberry that can only phone and sms, can't even mms never mind any internet services. When are they going to step up? |

Hello Nokka, Thank you for getting in touch with us. As per our telephonic conversation, we have informed you that Virgin Mobile is now supporting Blackberry. Kindly be advised that we can't give you a definite timeframe due to specifics around negotiations and development required in the light of the BIS for prepaid services.
