My contract ended in December 2011 but my account carried on being debited! I was advised that I have to request a cancellation, which is fine. What irritates me is that I have to pay two more payments after such request. This is not good business ethics and I would like people to know about this in order to avoid suffering the same fate. Virgin Mobile please don't bother contacting me. I have requested the cancellation already. |
