Utterly Disgusted:
Good Day Veronique… Please be aware that I haven’t been getting any joy ever since the email you sent me, I have been trying to contact you previously and I still can’t get hold of you. I need assistance as I’m not getting any joy from the call center’s all the time and its really not fair that I have to stay on the phone while getting incorrect information and attitude over the phone. NB: PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP/URGENTLY AS I NEED SERVICE. Thank You! |
