On the 2nd February my line was disconnected, what for you may ask????because as every month there is a stuff up with the bill department and I am for one not happy with the attitude from the telesales me bouncing from all sides being transferred all over the place One one knows what is going on and there contradictory attitude like its my problem that the dumb *** was handing when the bill were generated!! I cannot understand the idea behind having incompetents people on the telephone. i want to speak to a Senior manager or director with this **** service.And of course R400 later for 2months No one can get to the conclusion that the Bill is wrong,Hire ME Ill fix your staff!!! |

| Utterly Disgusted: What dose that mean!!! I I have ******* a bill up on more that one occasion then it's still fine because I have the customer in a contract SOOOOOO sorry that don't fly for me!! Get your act together and your half brained ****** on the other side of the line trained ,I want to know what will be done with the guilty parties ,ooh and my line was cut the next day again just for ***** and giggles. | |||
