In 2009 i took a control chat with the servise provider which expired in February last year so all i want is to cancel the contract with them and i'm being sent to Peter and Paul and who ever, and i must say the service that we get from the shops really isn't appreciated well i dont want to go beyond what i need help with but i think that this should be looked at because now it has become a norm that customer are difficult. but i would have appreciated atleast a call from someone notifying me that my contract was ending and if i would still like to continue or not, hense i was called when contract was offered to me. this is why people dont want to take any of your services. can i just get help with this please. all i want is cancellation and i hope that you guys can really look at how you address the issues around customer service, people behind your face really give us incorrect information. and i know that i'm not the only one who feela this way. thanks |
