My 2 year contract is over, and I cancelled my contract in October. According to my papers my contract ended the end of Sept, but they said it ends the end of November 2011. So be it, that's not my complaint. I have been phoning EVERY MONTH about it. I have phoned 6 TIMES now, to make sure the contract is cancelled, and the last person that I spoke to said that my contract is cancelled, but my line is still open. ***? They keep on deducting the money of my account every month but the thing is cancelled. I DO NOT WANT THE STUPID CONTRACT ANYMORE! I have a contract with Vodacom for years now, I don't even use the virgin mobile phone. I never even wanted the contract in the first place, but the sales people didn't want to leave me alone, and now I can't get rid of Virgin Mobile. I want my money refunded for the last 3 months, if I have to call virgin mobile again, I am going to lose my mind. Charmaine Coetzee |
