hi my name is darry last week i gave sent my Samsung s5230 for repairs cause it was not working. we booked it in at the Greenstone branch sent everything trough my phone is still in garantee.on the 23/01/2012/ they sent me a sms staying i owe the amount of R165.00 for teh repairs when i go to teh branch they say they cannot fix teh phone and i must still pay that amount. how can someone pay for something that was not done.Virgin Mobile is the worse service provider i ever can accross i redret taking 3 contarct with them.They always gave me a problem. i need this sorted ASAP.Contact me on 0847928654 Selvan Govender. |
