| I was offered a blackberry by TB Pala representing Virgin Mobile for a total package including BIS of R99. I made him write it down and sign so that I would not be charged extra afterwards. That didn't seem to help because all the accounts that came so far were in excess of R200 because BIS is R100. Despite making numerous calls, I've not received any meaningful response from them. I've been promised responses but nothing has happened thus far. | |||
