Te CEO from Virgin Mobile is too good to talk to me seems to be *** I have been struggeling 3 years to speak to the CEO of Virgin Mobile There service is bad and i will never recommend them to a other person.Want Mr Steve CEO to Phone me personal...no exscuse Please assist with a client's issue that has been having a problem for about 3 weeks .This issue has been regarding the client purchasing a New Blackberry 9300Curve on a FixedSub200 Per Minute .Now unfortunately the problem comes as the client has no 3G coverage at area that his in { Sasolburg }.Now the client is really furious as he was sold a 3G enable phone and the phone does not get 3G as it stays On edge .and this issue has been esc for several times with no resolutions .Please assist with this issue .As well as another issue that the client is having a problem is with his son's phone { Samsung B7330 }That cannot call 123 ,as we have tried it numerous times and have esc it to the Networks .And the clients line as well cannot call 123 Please assist with this clients line as he wants to cancel the line and move to Vodacom . Utterly Disgusted:
This problem is still not resolved I think that the CEO of Virgin mobile still had sent the guts to speak to me Seems he is afraid of Me he is not worth to be the CEO of Virgin mobile I request to cancel my account with them and want to refund me the R3 859.75 and wright of the outstanding handset fees. if he is to good to speak with me let him pay that money this needs to be solved asap and i am disipointed in hellopeter i also could have e-mailed them so come up with a plan |
