| Yesterday I recived a call from a Tele sales agent representing Virgin Mobile. FIRSTLY I expect to be addressed in the language of my choice from inception and I mentioned that to the tele sales agent and she continued to disregard my request. I then told her that I'm currently driving and I can not continue to talk at that time, but she carried on trying to sell me the cell phone. She came across as being very pushy and would not stand down. Then she called me later as I had requested and continued to be pushy. I was actually intrested in purchasing the handset, but that service was too poor and left much to be desired, so now I wont even consider it anymore. Tele sales agents should convey desparation over the phone, bit they should instead convey that they have your best intrests at heart. | |||
