| I have been a virgin mobile client for the past 4 years and up untill now have been very happy, i decided to once again sign up with virgin when i decided to get another phone, last monday 30 January i phoned virgin mobile and after checking my credit and answering questions my new phone was approved and i was told my phone will be delivered in 7 working days, where i assumed if they say the phone will be supplied that they must have stock, turns out they dont have stock and no matter who i try to speak to at the call centre everyone is terribly rude and no one knows when the stock will come in, i feel that is dreadfull service now i am stuck with a phone that barely works and no one at virgin can help me i feel very frustrated and let down as ive always been a great customer to you and never paid my phone late, i dont know maybe i should change to vodacom. | |||
