And 5 weeks later the saga continues...

So five weeks have passed and absolutely nothing has been achieved after all my previous Hello Peter reports. i was contacted twice and sent an e mail to arrange to get my phone but ... NADA!!! so i still await a credit, compensation and a phone that i pay for every month !!! I'm so disgusted!!!
