| in 2008 i got a preapproved of a phone 4rm virgin mobile 6 months I was not working as I ws on contract I cald virgin mobile notifying dem dat m unemployed n as soon as I get a job I wil pay dat account I cnt recall the name of d person I spoke 2 of which dey agreed 3 years later I got a job I started paying this virgin mobile account, den a month later I was garnished I paid R250, from July 2011 in Oct 2011 I cald their collection agency which is KOLLEKT spoke to Kerusha I made an arrangement with her dat I need to settle that account in 2 months she send me the outstanding amount of R4084.39 in order for ME to make 2 months payments I hav to pay R2042.19 which I agreed in Dec 2011 I made last paymnt of 2042.19,settling this account in Jan 2012 I cald Kerusha to send me a settlement letter of which she did she said I should call virgin mobile to update my account on the 17 Jan 2012 I cald virgin mobile and I spoke to Tshidi she told me dat,I still nid 2 pay R1218 b4 dey can update this account as settled in full. my question is on a phone that's worth R500 2day in the market(E250) y do I hav to end up paying R7000 of which dey didn't even tell me,n I have settled dis acc | |||

Im very much impressed , because i received a call from veronica @ virgin mobile .. who apologised for the inconvience caused and promised me that my account will be updated to all credit bureaus , as settled in full and closed , and im so happy because i received a quick responce from them .
