On 29 June 2011 I cancelled my telephone contract with Virging Mobile, an amount of R1153.00 was deposited on Virgin Mobile Account number 1454080426 held by Nedbank. Last year I received a mail from Michaels Daniels who works for Select on Line Attorneys advising me that there was still outstanding amount on my contract. On 12 September 2011I made a transfer of R537.49 to Select on Line account number 50860740437 held by FNB. My concern is that according to my credit report, I still owe Virgin Mobile R1640.00 and I don't know where this amount is coming from despite the payment that I have made |
