The above phone has been in for repairs again - please check the amount of times during the past twelve months that this phone has been sent for repairs and every time I have to resort to hellopeter to get joy and service out of Virgin Mobile. A few days ago I received an sms saying that the phone has been repaired and wil could be collected in a few days from the Virgin Mobile store - this afternoon i get a missed calls from a Pretoria landline number and when I called back I was informed matter of factly that by a gentleman that the phone can be collected from a store. I said that I want it couriered back and was told that can't be done. I don't care if it can be done or not I did not ask for the phone to be delivered to the Virgin Mobile store - I want the phoned couriered back and I am also not interested in hearing how the person on the other side battled to get hold of me. This is the first call that I get and I did not receive a message from anybody in my office nor from the person I gave as a back-up contact that Virgin Mobile was looking for me |

| Quite Impressed: Veronique who handles the hellopeter complaints is really an asset and always walks the extra mile to ensure that complaints are resolved asap. She really is an asset to Virgin and i hope this is passed on to whomever is her superior. | |||
