I posted my complaint here about Virgin Mobile who debited my account after I settled the account as per their email.On the 05th of January 2012 a lady by the name of Veronica called me and promised the refund, fortunately I asked her to send an emaol confirming what she said and she did. She said the refund will be in after 4 days,until now there has been no refund.I called them yesterdayand I had to stay on the line for more than 30 minutes and then they promised to call me back of which they never did. I dont really understand those creatures working for Virgin Mobile at all,if thats how they do customer care surely they are doing it the other way round. I see from their point of view now there is nothing wrong with ripping somebody's bank account. |
