| HEADLINE | My Airtime disappears into a black hole! |

For the past couple of months my Airtime has simply disappeared from my Virgin balance. I keep close track of the data I use through a data counter app as well as the calls I make. This month alone my R200 Top Up disappeared in about 10 days (after having made fewer than 8 short calls) and fairly minimal data. I added another R100, and that lasted less than a week! I don't think I'm being charged 60 cents per MB but rather R6 per MB. My contract runs out in Feb 2012, and if this issue is not resolved ASAP I will definitely be moving to another service provider. |

| Quite Impressed: I was called by a pleasant lady from Virgin Mobile. She assured me they are working on it, and they topped up my airtime with R100 in the interim. They said they will contact me again when the data billing is working 100%, in the interim I will keep my data turned off. | |||
