| I recently found out that Virgin Active deducted money from my bank account and i contacted them today and was told that i have TWO contracts with them, WHAT?? they could not tell me where or how i got the contracts with them.the agent then put me through to the head office where i spoke to Angie,at this stage i was fuming and requested to speak to whoever was in charge of accounts and not anyone from the call centre, i was told that a gentlemen by the name of Jeff Ezaire would call me back shortly, its been 3 hours and have not receive any call back.Virgin Mobile has ************ opened an a cellphone contract in my name and have deducted funds from my account without my consent, i think the next call i am going to make is to my lawyers as i have tried to resolve this with them amicably and they have failed to acknowledge my concern!! | |||
