Deeply Concerned

I placed a complaint on Hellopeter +/-3 month ago, and virgin has been looking into my query for +/3 months. My refrence on my query is: 2750912. This query has still not been resolved. I received my statement this month saying I have to pay a extra R309.91 and the refrence on the statement is: Handset Buyout (5884104). I phoned the call centre and the consultant confirmed that is not my last payment there are 2 more. I e-mailed the consultant Mpho who I was corresponding with on refrence 2750912 and no reply. I phoned the call centre again today and this time the lady confirmed my end date to my contract is still June 11 and I can renew my contract . I just want a straight answer, who made the decision to take the R309.91 on my account, why was I not consulted and why has Mpho not e-mailed me back to confirm what is the outcome of my first complaint Ref: 2750912? This is my final request, please e-mail me and confirm my outcome on my Query Ref: 2750912. I want to know if that R309.91 (plus R199 monthly payment = totals to R508.910) virgin just decided to take extra on my account is my FINAL payment and that I'm a Prepaid client after this. Resolve this or Legal Wise will!!!
