I took out a Virgin Mobile contract in December 2009. I signed for a 24 month contract. I know that virgin mobile debits 2 months in arrears. I want to cancel my contract knowing that I must pay in an x amount to cancel it. When I phoned this morning to that I was told that if I do that my last debit order will be in April? This is not fair. I signed a 24 month contract. Not a 28 month contract. I want to move to a different network and now they will not release my number until April.. If i pay what is owed to Virgin then my contract with them must end. I have cancelled 2 other contracts with them. With one of them they tried to do the same. Then they cancelled it in 2 days. I'm not happy with this. The lady I spoke to said that My number does not belong to me it belongs to Virgin Mobile? This is BS. All I want is for my contract to be stopped immediately when I pay my outstanding amount. I need to move over to the new network. It is a simple and easy thing to do But They are making it so difficult. |
