Cellphone update cancelled due to pathetic service

On the 11 of January 2012 I Lance Nefdt id nr 6904025275089 cell number 0741517004 phoned and asked for an upgrade for my contract,the person I dealt with assured me all is okay and processed the application. On the 12th of January 2012 the parcel was dispatched to the courier company,I phoned and queried about the delivery because it is taking long.The person told me that the phone is at the courier company and gave me the order number and contact number so I called and spoke to Felicity and she told me that Virgin mobile did not give contact details to them and hence they could not deliver the parcel.even the surname on my contract is not the same so now they have cancelled the delivery.The consultant Thulani or Dumsani or who ever phoned me and told me they have to do the whole process over and it will now take even longer..He gave me a pathetic attitude and I told him I want my phone tomorrow and he just refused.
I find this service pathetic and as you know this is not the first time I have very poor service from Virgin Mobile..I demand my phone to be sent today as I always pay my bill and have always just bad service from Virgin Mobile.

Quite Impressed: IN THE MORNING VERILEE CONTACTED ME AND APOLOGISED FOR THE BAD ATTITUDE OF THE CONSULTANT AND THEN ASSURED ME THAT MY PHONE WOULD BE DELIVERED THAT SAME DAY OR THE FOLLOWING MORNING.MUCH TO MY SURPRISE THE COURIER COMPANY PHONED AND ASKED FOR A TIME IN WHICH THEY WILL DELIVER THE PHONE TO ME,THE GENT TOLD ME HE WAS LEAVING AT A CERTAIN TIME AND THANK YOU HE MADE THE TRIP WITH LITTLE HASSLE.THANK YOU VERILEE AND VIRGIN MOBILE I TRULY APPRECIATE IT.
