I have requested my signed contract with terms and conditions that was signed for on the contract, as I am entitled to these documents. Virgin Mobile can not supply me with these documents after 15 working days. They try to put the blame on me, by asking for information that i have already answered. I give till Monday 6 Feb for the documents to be supplied to me before I approached the appropriate people. Please note I do not think I am being UN-reasonable, I do not think that my lawyers are going to complain when i show them when i first lodged the complaint, and i sat patiently. I do not know the number in question.. I will only accept electronic email communication. unless i am supplied a copy of ever voice recording. |
