I was a member of Virgin Active previously, left for a while, and decided to rejoin recently. I called a sales representative, who missed my call when I called the second time to make an appointment. My missed call was returned with immediate effect; and an appointment made. The classes, facilities, and friendly staff are a true example of how an establishment should be run! |
