| Dear Virgin Active,I truely find it very strange that the gym can't open just five or 10 mins earlier,but the Bedfordview club open at 04:45.Is this due to better management at Bedfordview and just the fact that the Greenstone staff doesn't care.Strange that they refuse such a minor request but the gym is never in 100% working order.Either the turnstiles doesn't work,today a bench was broken,only one ez bar - handle for trciep pushdowns,only one seated calve machine.Please explain to me why are you so quick to take our money but when your own club isn't in working order.It takes 10 mins to enter the gym in the morning but still no compromise can be made.Thank you Virgin active! | |||
