Virgin Active & Sanlam Reality: STILL No Rebate!

I previously wrote a complaint regarding my situation on hellopeter.com (http://www.hellopeter.com/virgin-active-south-africa/complaints/virgin-active-sanlam-reality-no-rebate-729649). I was promised by the person who phoned me that I would be contacted on 06/02/2012 with a solution to my problem. This did not happen. My problem, as stated before, is that the package I signed up for in October 2011 has been discontinued and that Virgin just switched me to a more expensive package without prior notice or consent. I have also been informed by Sanlam that I will not receive my rebates as stated by my contract if I don't pay the R169 p/m for the Reality program. I was not informed of this fee by the Virgin Active Sales Representative and was told the R356 p/m was all I needed to pay and I would receive R300 p/m back if I went to gym 12 times a month or more.
Firstly, I would like you guys to sort out my rebates issue with Sanlam as it is your fault they are refusing to refund me my rebates. Secondly, I insist that you keep me on the current contract terms until the end of the contract. You have 7 days to rectify this problem before I take legal action and go to the newspapers.

I currently still do not have a final answer from Reality as to what your membership status will be, I am following up on this daily for you.

As soon as I have a final answer from then I will give you a call and we can then decide where to take from there.

Please, please would you give me an update about my problem(s) with Virgin Active & Sanlam Reality? Even if you just email me (preferable) what is happening so that I can know too? I really appreciated the feedback last week, but I'm now getting worried and a little frustrated.
