| I am now sick of Virgin active, i wish i had never set a foot there and signed a contract with them, I had to close my account because i was double debited because they still have my friend's gym membership under my name of which was supposed to be rectified a long time ago and no one has done anything about it and the account in now with MBD and they want me to pay for someone else's account because the consultant that signed us up didn't do what she was supposed to do initially, this has now become my problem, i want this to rectified asap, i will not pay for someone else's gym membership, i logged a complaint previously and a lady called and gave me her e-mail address to send Agnes's banking details to have this issue resolved, she sent the banking details but it wasn't resolved till today, i now have these people from MBD calling me every day about this account and I'M SICK OF IT. I want her membership removed from my name, i want that account closed as I've been paying it, i can pay the outstanding amount to close it cause i honestly don't want to have anything to do with virgin active when they fail to resolve minor issues like these, someone must call me to sort this out ASA | |||

Hello Thuliz, I have tried to reach you on the number provided above to no avail, I would like to discuss your concerns raised. If I recall you chatted to me previously about this. I did not receive an email from your friend with her bank details to send to MBD Attorneys.
