Hello tienie, I've been trying to get hold of you today, but your phone seems to be off. I've mailed you regarding your post and have also informed the regional team of the issues you've raised. They will revert to myself with their feedback. Thanks for taking the time to let us know of these issues. Giovanni Virgin Active SA Dear Giovanni and Virgin Active Management,you are proving to me and the rest of south africa that you don't care.Giovanni you state that you tried to call me,please explain why didn't i get a missed call notification and why did you not leave a message?Then you say you emailed me,well that is a ****again because you never did.It is shocking to get this kind of service from someone who is suppose to be a psecialist in client services.You also said that management will revert back to you,when were you planning on giving me feedback?Can the Regional Manager please contact me because this is totally unacceptable,but i guess he won't because by the looks of things Virgin Active doesn't care! |

Hello tienie, Thank you for chatting to me yesterday, As discussed I have investigated and the email I sent you was blank, my apologies for this. Virgin Active's operating hours for Virgin Active Greenstone Park is 05:00 to 21.30 Monday to Thursday. This is the set operating hours for the facility and should we see the demand from members to change the operating hour we will investigate this. If the club is operational 5 minutes earlier they will open the doors to members as certain checks needs to be done before the club is operationally safe for members to access.
