I joined virgin active on vitality health which means i paid a once off fee of around R700 and paid a small fee monthly. Since i havent been to the gym 24 times in a one year cycle, i got an e-mail saying that my membership would be cancelled and i would need to pay the once off fee to get my vitality benefits with virgin active back. However, for the past 2 months my account has been debited with R289 each month. I can only wonder how much people have been ripped off in thsi manner. |

As discussed the agreement with Vitality members is that if you do not access our facilities the required number of times that your discounted rate will be adjusted from 80% to 50% discount.
