HEADLINE	SHAME on YOU
So it is just tonight that I actually got the time to read all the Twitter tweets, & the news article regarding the ****** incident which took place at one of your branches, & that it is only based on the tweets received on Twitter that this matter has been reopened.... SHAME on YOU. This basically, & clearly shows that you were tolerating the racsim which took place at your branch, & that you were 'sweeping it under the carpet'. How could you? I never expected this from a VIRGIN ACTIVE gym. Add a new Virgin Active South Africa Report Inappropriate report?

Hello august86, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us regarding the alleged racist incident at Virgin Active Morningside. We have tried to contact you on the mobile number provided to no avail. Please see below our feedback. I can assure you that Virgin Active does not condone any form of racism. Should an incident arise we will look at all the facts and be fair to both parties throughout the process. We had a meeting with the parties involved in this incident on Saturday, the member apologized for any derogatory statements he made and Ms. Hleza accepted his apology. Please note that the member apologized for derogatory comments made but confirmed he never used the K-word. We have witnesses to corroborate his story. Our team has conducted a full investigation and we are confident that management handled the incident and subsequent investigation in the appropriate way. Further to this Ross, our MD will take personal responsibility to look into the investigations and ensure that he is 100% comfortable with these, he will also be meeting with both members next week.
