| IIn May 2011 I activated my contract with the gym on Momentum Multiply.Prior to this i held a lifetime membership through vitality but I had to change medical aids.There were problems with my new Momentum medical aid and I advised the agents that I am reverting to Dicovery vitality.I have not used the activation fee except entrance to consult with a consultant for a fitness programme.Last week I called the call centre and asked the unused activation fee could be transferred to my new activation fee with vitality.The agents said to me that the activation was taken by Multiply.I phoned Multiply and they had informed me that the funds are paid to Virgin Active.Another call sent me back to Vitality and a whole run around.To date the Consultants have insisted that I pay a new activation fee as the previous activation fee was absorbed by the medical aid company.They were rude and refused to confirm with a Supervisor.I have wasted money on phone calls and as a member who prveiously held a life time membership with Vitality I was treated very bad.. | |||
