The state that virgin active tramshed is in is just totally unacceptable, from l early last year they have been having problems with hot water, and recently it is both hot and cold water alike, I mean the place needs a serious maintenance, if it means it must be closed down until such time that things can run smoothly so be it. It is as if we as members are not Been taken serious. They are busy recruiting new members every other day, but the gym is not improving, instate they is more things wrong with it than right. I don't want to make this a ****** issue, but it seems we are bei g ignored simply because it is utilized by more blacks, if not all, I mean if one has to compare it with any other virgin active u will swear tramshed is a third world country. And it seems no one is willing to do anything about it. I would like for the management of virgin active SA to takeaway drive to PTA and see for them selfs around morning Tym or afternoon how shady that place is, it takes you almost 3 min just to fill a 500ml bottle with cold water to drink, u can imagine how long the quere is if each person takes over 2 min just to fill their bottle with water. |

Hello 19830621, Thank you very much for chatting to me this afternoon and discussing your concerns with me, I apologise for any frustration caused to you by the water temperature and pressure issues at Virgin Active Tramshed. As discussed a new Heating Pump has been ordered for Tramshed and will be installed within the next 6-7 weeks. We have found that 10 000 liters of warm water is used at Tramshed daily before 09:00. Thus the water heaters cannot keep up with the demand for hot water. The additional unit will resolve this problem. I am still waiting for feedback regarding pressure concerns and will revert back to you with feedback on this. Kind regards, Chanelle |
