Misleading advertising

Hi Virgin Active,

Willem Venter came to our officesd to sign people up with the promise of a month free to gym, he came on the 30th of Jan.
The rest of January was just 1 day, doesn't make sense that you guys would come on the last day of the month to advertise that we get the month on you when the month is over. This can be misinterpreted as a consumer. It's a very unscrupulous manner to get business. I am very disappointed as I gave you her details (reluctantly) in good faith entrusting you to explain things thoroughly as it is the first time she is doing this. Your only concern was getting the deal. She no longer wishes to continue with this contract as a result and it has had a negative effect on her credit profile and her image of virgin active.
