I owed money on my Virgin Avtive Gym Account but sorted it all out with the lady in office. Had my banking details, amount to be take each month. It was all sorted. The next month i get a sms saying that I owe over a thousand rand on my account!! I called the call centre which took about 30min being transfered to the next person and the next. The lady said my account got handed over to them. Humbly i took it in- i asked her a proof of payment at the end of the month when all the money is deducted and an email stating when it will take place-to cover my **** just in case-she didn't do either. I contacted my friends and they cancelled all their memberships. |
